Our experience with Dayna was delightful. We met her at an Open House when we were just starting the process looking for a new home. At the time we did not have a realtor, so we were definitely looking for one that fit our needs and wants. We spent a good deal of time getting to know her and found out we had a family member who knew her and her mom well. We knew right away that she was the right realtor for us!

Soon after meeting her at the Open House, we were signing papers and listing our house. This was a stressful process, but she was right there to support with any questions or needs we had. She even did most of this while out of town. She was very responsive and was able to be reached by phone, text, and email.

The house selling process went quite smoothly thanks to Dayna. We listed our house and within a week of it being on the market, it sold! There were a few bumps in the road finalizing all details with the buyer, but Dayna was there to take care of all the necessary paperwork and communications to make sure the house sold in time for us to purchase our next home.

During the last few weeks of finalizing the sell of our home, we made an offer on a house we were interested in moving to. This was again a stressful process as we only had a few weeks to move into our next home. Our fear was we would not find a new home in time to move into before we had to be out of our home that sold.

As with any purchase of any home, there are always things that can hold up the final sell. This situation was quite unique as the seller went out of the country without notifying anyone, so finalizing the paperwork was extremely difficult and very stressful. We only had one week left in our house before we had to move out, so getting into the house we purchased was not an easy process. Luckily, with her professionalism and constant line of communication being open, not to mention she was a GREAT advocate for us, we were able to move out of our home and into the next one just in time without moving into storage and living in a hotel.

I would highly recommend Dayna to anyone looking for a realtor. She went over, above, and beyond any expectations we had.
