Our purpose is to assist members in successfully moving through the stages of readiness and change, ultimately concluding with a move and home sale.

• Consultation with a local financial planner/wealth manager

PROFESSIONAL PEER SUPPORT:

• Monthly club meetings for task resolution, resource sharing, and mutual support

• Unlimited phone, email, and text support for all senior living, moving, downsizing, and real estate inquiries

Membership Fee:

Only $200 per household (one-time payment)

Club members receive a credit equivalent to their membership fee when using THE SAVVY SENIORS DIVISION at Keller Williams Realty East Bay to sell their home. Credit applied at close of escrow.
